150 Vatu Tourism Levy per night payable direct to resort at time of check out.
Eco Friendly Environmental fee of 50 vatu is applicable on all room nights.
Barrier Beach Resort is an adults only property and only accepts children 15 years and older. Children of 15 – 17 years are treated as adults for pricing purposes.
Ramada: Children under 12 years old stay free in existing bedding when sharing with one or two adults up to the maximum occupancy of the room. Cots are FOC up to the maximum occupancy of the room.

*Airfares

Airfares are non-refundable at all times. Applicable charges apply to changes. Flights are based on and subject to promotional economy class airfares. Flights may not be direct or operate daily. Air surcharges apply during Australian school holidays. 30kg checked luggage allowance applies to AirVanuatu flights only – any other airline quoted may differ. 20KG luggage limit may apply on Port Vila to island flights.

You will be welcomed in Port Vila by the local Evergreen Team at the Evergreen kiosk situated at the arrival area at the airport. As you walk out after quarantine check, you will see the Evergreen booth is the second one on the left hand side. Staff will ensure you are taken care of and transferred safely to your hotel.

Cancellation Charges
