On entering the arrivals hall, head to the far-left immigration lane, reserved specifically for VIP’s including Diplomatics, Government Officials and My Vanuatu guests. Our My Vanuatu airport staff member will ask for your last name for identification purposes and then direct you to through our exclusive immigration priority lane, saving you up to 45 minutes in arrival queues. On departure, follow the signage and enter our exclusive customs lane on the left as you enter through the doors, to be amongst the first people to relax at the gate before your flight home.

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced.
