Airfares are non-refundable at all times. Applicable charges apply to changes.
*Accommodation
- The Havannah Vanuatu is an adults only property. Children 0-15 years are not permitted at the resort.
- The Havannah Vanuatu does not have any single beds. They do however have 1 x Waterfront Villa which houses a king-zip bed and therefore it can be made into 2 single beds. All other Villas are king-sized bed only. Please note, maximum number of persons per room is 2 adults.
*Return Flights with Checked Luggage
Flights are based on and subject to promotional economy class airfares. Flights may not be direct or operate daily. Air surcharges apply during Australian school holidays. 30kg checked luggage allowance applies to AirVanuatu flights only – any other airline quoted may differ.
*Return Airport Private Transfers
Return Airport Transfers are included in the room rate. A friendly representative from The Havannah Vanuatu will meet you after you have cleared customs and immigration procedures; offer a chilled bottle of water, and a comfortable, air-conditioned transfer straight to the resort. NOTE: Flight details must be given to the booking agent or direct to the resort to ensure pick-up.

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced. If any refunds are received from travel service providers, they will be passed on to you, less a minimum cancellation fee. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy on general terms & conditions.
